Our team includes strong experience in the relocation of production facilities ensuring the smooth transition of manufacturing plant and systems, quality management, personnel and logistics.
We work closely with the end customer to agree clearly defined project requirements and a project schedule; with performance measures, enabling us to establish the commercial, technical, quality and logistics requirements.
We then oversee the removal, relocation and installation of plant and the implementation of all quality systems at the new location.
Safety Review & Certification Services
In line with TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineering, we are pleased to offer our services to review, witness testing at both the factory and the site, and guide automation projects towards certification of the safety functionality.
There are some mandatory steps required for Software based safety applications to ensure that:
- It is safe.
- It complies with the mandatory requirements of the prevailing legislation.
- The work is compliant with a CE or UKCA certification process.
The standards are often seen as a style guide or a recommendation. However, as you will appreciate in the event of legal proceedings, you would need to demonstrate extremely good engineering reasons for even minor deviations from the standards.

PanelView Plus PDF Generation
In partnership with RWAP Software, we can offer a soluton for those needing toreplace the printer on their old PanelView Plus.
The older PanelView Plus applications support an ever reducing number of printers capable of HP PCL3 with HPA. With the addition of a Retro-Printer Module the original printer can be emulated and replaced with a different printer, and allow access to PDFs of the printouts stored on a memory stick or accessed over the network.
FTView Translation Utility
This is our own tool to help translate the text strings used within FTView into different languages – speeding up the process by utilising online translation tools for each string, but allowing for manual editing at the same tmie.
By showing the reverse translation, you can check how accurate the translated string is likely to be.
Trading Platforms
In partnership with RWAP Software, we develop trading platforms:
3D-ISS
A 3D logic testing and system training environment, 3D-ISS extends simple 3D modelling of systems by providing real-time communication with the PLC; forming a Digital Twin of the system as it operates. This creates a 3D view of items as they move around a conveyor or MagneMotion system.
Coupled with a HMI interface written in FTView, this provides comprehensive testing and training tools for both system integration and beyond.
PLC to Kafka Interface
Apache Kafka is a community distributed streaming platform capable of handling trillions of events a day. Initially conceived as a messaging queue, Kafka is based on an abstraction of a distributed commit log.
We created an interface to allow Rockwell based PLCs to communicate with a Kafka platform in order to maintain a constant stream of transactions.
Our PLC Tag Editor Tool sends live PLC tag data to an XML stream which is then published by our companion Kafka Producer program to a Kafka server, allowing a consumer application residing on another PC to read and handle the data.
